Once you've made an order on the website www.julietteamadis-art.com, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be shipped within 5 working days.

If you live outside of France, the tracking service is NOT available and NOT included in the shipment fare.

 

All items are sent through La Poste, the french delivery system.

If despite of all the care given to the packing of your order it does not meet your expectations or gets damaged, you can send a complaint email to juliette.amadis@gmail.com to explain your request. Juliette Amadis reserves the right to accept or refuse any complaint.

Juliette Amadis does not accept any return of merchandise if you don't like it or after the 14 days return policy (see below Return policy). If it gets damaged during shipment, it is none of Juliette's responsibility as she's  carrefully wrapped the package. If you want a refund you will have to file a complaint to La Poste.

However, if you get a damaged package you can still send en email with photos to juliette.amadis@gmail.com and explain what happened. After a thorough examination of your email Juliette may accept to send you an other order for free, except for the shipment costs that you'll still have to pay. Juliette may also refund you your order in special cases (minus the shipment costs).

For any shipment outside European Union (UK, Switzerland, Norway, etc.) You assume full responsibility for customs duties and taxes. These costs are due and specific to where you live.

No one is supposed to ignore the law on the import of goods into their country.

If you have questions , we encourage you to contact your customs services.

Return Policy

According to articles L. 121-20 from EU Consumer Code, a customer have 14 days  to cancel an order from the delivery  and ship it back to the seller for refund or exchange , without any justifications or penalties.

To cancel an order you can send an email within 14 days after your purchase with Name, First name, order number, and items.
Please don't return anything without our agreement before.

Goods must be returned under 14 days after agreement ,by the same way of shipping and you must provide us the tracking as soon as possible. You are responsible if the order gets lost or damaged so please be careful when you pack the order.

 

Customer must assumes charges for returning an order . The items must be returned in the original wrapping , non used and in good conditions.
Items used  ,damaged , untagged, dirty or incompletes will not be refunded.

 

In case a customer request his withdrawal right, the seller must refund or credit to the customers without penalties. (note: if the withdrawal right is applied after shipment, customer will have to send back to be refunded)

.Refund is due within a delay of  maximum of 30 days  from the day of delivery .
